Synergy Aero Consulting (SAC) is specialized in customers support in areas related to airline and flight operation, airworthiness, engineering, trainings, regulatory issues and other consultancy services. We offer consulting to support airlines (AOC, SPO…), maintenance repair organizations (MRO), component manufacturers, general aviation, airports, air traffic navigation service providers (ATCO), aircraft lessors and financial institutions, national aviation regulatory authorities and aviation service providers.

Air Operation

Aircraft operation is complex activity which combine operations (AOC), Air traffic control (ATCO), Aerodromes (ADR), Ground support. SAC operation team can support you in:

  • on-going performance evaluation of operation, identification of performance gaps and design of effective training to close the performance gap

  • fuel saving during operations on the ground and in the air

  • analysis and improvement of safety related to flight crew

    • Airworthiness

    Aircraft airworthiness is obtained through Continuous airworthiness management organization (CAMO or CAO) while maintenance is performed by maintenance organization (AMO). SAC airworthiness team provide support for:

  • development of Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) for light and complex aircraft

  • monitoring of airworthiness tasks (AMP, ADs, SBs)

  • delivery and redelivery of leased or purchased aircraft

  • preaudits as preparation for announced audits

  • rectifying the audit findings of ICAO, EASA, FAA and other authorities

  • safety investigations of occurancies, accidents or incidents related to airworthiness, health and safety or insurance

    • Engineering

    Aircraft is designed, produced and operated in accordance to appropriate standards (CS 23, 25, 27, Part 21, 145, M, OPS...). During lifetime various modifications and repairs need to be implemented due to commercial, operational, maintenance or other needs.

    SAC Engineering team may assist you in:

  • analysis of cost effectiveness of modifications/repairs and evaluation of work packages, equipment and tooling

  • communication with TC and STC holders regarding modification customization

  • review of documentation prior and during aircraft delivery and redelivery

  • analysis of work package and evaluates the maintenance equipment and tooling requirement;

  • AOG situations (B737 Classic / NG, Airbus A319/320 CEO, ATR 42 and 72 all types)

  • evaluation of structural damages and preparation of structure damage reports, repair mapping and dent and buckle charts

  • preparation of working documentation for composite repairs

    • Training

    Competence assessment (CA) is one of major requirements of various aviation regulations. Appropriate and efficient training is key element in staff CA process.Experienced SAC trainers can fulfil your training needs in:

  • human factor (HF)

  • quality and safety

  • regulations (Part 21, 145, M, ML and OPS)

  • presentation of ICAO documents to ATCO candidates (with air law, air traffic equipment, general knowledge, human performance, meteorology, navigation, operational procedures)

  • understanding aerodrome layout, physical characteristics and visual aids, airspace structure (CTR) and source of information, applicable rules procedures, air navigation facilities, air traffic control equipment, characteristics of air traffic, weather phenomena, emergency and search and rescue.
